Before the spray for the best results:

1. Exfoliate entire body and face night before.
2. Do not use any cream or moisturizers before spray. It will prevent absorption of spray.
3. Remove makeup and jewelry

After care:

1. Do not shower for at least 4 hours. The next morning is recommended.
2. Avoid working out or anything causing perspiring until you have showered.
3. Proper moisturizing after spray tanning will extend their tan.
4. Avoid heavy exfoliation until time to spray again as this will remove their tan.
